This honey balsamic pasta salad is a perfect blend of sweet, tangy, and savory flavors, making it a standout dish for any gathering or a simple weeknight meal. Tender pasta is tossed with a vibrant honey balsamic dressing, infused with the richness of garlic and a hint of sweetness that perfectly complements the tangy balsamic vinegar. The dressing clings to each bite, creating a harmonious balance of flavors that pairs beautifully with fresh vegetables and herbs. Whether served warm or chilled, this salad is a refreshing twist on the classic pasta salad, offering a bold, mouthwatering taste that's both comforting and sophisticated.


the Ingredients

For The Pasta Salad:

  • (1) LB of Fusilli Pasta

  • (1) Avocado, Diced

  • (1) 15 oz. Can of Corn, Drained

  • (4) Strips of Bacon, Cooked according to Package, Diced

  • (1) Container of Chopped Cilantro, Gourmet Garden

  • (1) Package of Mozzarella Pearls

  • (3) Cartons of Low Sodium Chicken Broth, for Boiling the Pasta

  • Onion Salt, for Boiling the Pasta

For The Dressing:

  • 1/4 Cup of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Gran Deposito

  • 1/2 Cup of Garlic Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp of Honey

  • 1 tbsp of Dijon Mustard

  • 1 tbsp of Minced Garlic

  • Salt, to taste


the Instructions

  • Cooking the Fusilli

    • In a large pot, combine the cartons of Chicken Broth, Onion Salt, and bring to a boil.

    • Add the Fusilli and gently boil according to the package instructions. Drain, Rinse with Cold Water to stop the cooking. Once the Pasta is cooled, set aside.

  • Making the Dressing

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and mix well with a whisk.

  • Making the Salad

    • In a large mixing bowl, toss all the remaining salad ingredients.

    • Add the Fusilli and Dressing, and mix well.

    • Cover and transfer to the refrigerator until ready to serve. For best results, let the pasta salad sit for a couple of hours.
